A New Standard for Swim School Software.
Traditional swim schools keep UK families moving, but their backend administrative systems are often stuck in the past. I founded Swimpilot to solve this industry-wide friction.
Currently in its pre-launch phase, the platform is engineered specifically for the UK swimming sector to replace messy spreadsheets and clunky tracking with a single, intuitive digital ecosystem. It automates day-to-day class scheduling, streamlines client booking, and simplifies backend logistics so operators can actually focus on running their schools.
Getting the platform to this stage meant focusing heavily on the details - mapping out clean user flows, coordinating the technical development roadmap, and making sure the software actually solves real operational headaches. Moving toward the launch, the focus is entirely on refining the system based on direct industry feedback, handling day-to-day operations, and preparing the brand for the UK market.

How Hill Farm increased brand awareness, and bookings through a web overhaul.
Hill Farm Cottages, a state-of-the-art holiday cottage company featuring the largest privately owned swimming pool in North Devon, approached Harvey Hewitt in October 2025. They felt their existing website was outdated and failed to reflect the bright, fun, and family-friendly experiences that Hill Farm offers.
I worked closely with Hill Farm to design and build a modern, engaging website that showcased their cottages, facilities, and family-focused activities. The refreshed website not only improved the visual appeal but also enhanced user experience, making it easier for visitors to browse properties, check availability, and make bookings.
Following the website launch, Hill Farm returned for me to update their marketing materials, including welcome packs and business cards, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints and further strengthening their brand identity.
